All content on the 700bd platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software code, interface design, and branding materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 700bd or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access platform content solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 700bd platform without the express prior written consent of 700bd.

700bd provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Scheduled or emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 700bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical errors, network outages, or third-party payment failures. Your sole remedy in the event of a dispute is to cease using the platform and contact our support team.

700bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Verified or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to multiple account ownership, identity fraud, or payment manipulation.
• Failure to complete KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the 700bd compliance team, or the provision of documents that cannot be authenticated.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring 700bd to restrict access to a specific account or withhold associated funds pending investigation.
